Get help
Email support@dionea.app. Say what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps.
Delete your account and data
- Open More.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
This deletes your slips, bills, people and tabs, cards, bank transactions and emails, and every signed-in device. It can't be undone. Slip photos already in your own Google Drive stay there; delete the "Life Support" folder in Drive if you want them gone too.
Can't open the app? Email support@dionea.app from the address you sign in with, and we'll delete it for you.
Get a new bank email address
- Open More, then Bank emails.
- Tap New address.
The old address stops working at once. Update your email forwarding to the new one.
Remove a way to sign in
- Open More, then Login Methods & Devices.
- Remove Google or Apple. You can't remove the last one.
Sign out a device
- Open More, then Login Methods & Devices.
- Under Devices, tap Sign out next to the device.
It's signed out straight away.
Disconnect an assistant or Google Drive
Open More. Connected assistants and Google Drive are listed there, each with a way to disconnect.
